The Hyatt Regency San Antonio has set aside a block of rooms for Arcadia Aggregate attendees at a rate of $239/night plus taxes and fees. This is completely refundable up to three days prior to your arrival. Book by September 6th for the special rate.
The San Antonio International Airport is the main airport and is a short 14-minute ride to The Hyatt Regency San Antonio.
We have several discounts based on timing.

We have group packages for organizations sending three or more attendees.

The discounts and group packages can be combined, for example an organization registering 4 attendees before May 31st would pay $525 for each of three attendees and receive the fourth registration free.
Should you be unable to attend, we offer “flexible registration” ensuring a full refund until 9/1/24 and 50% until 10/1/24, with no fee substitutions up to the conference. There is a firm deadline from the Hyatt Regency San Antonio – you must book by September 6th to take advantage of the special hotel rate. Hotel reservation charges are completely refundable up to three days prior to your arrival.
One of the main goals of the conference is to provide an opportunity for our customers to share their stories. If you are interested in sharing your experiences, best practices, or expertise with fellow Arcadia customers, we encourage you to reach out to your Arcadia Account Executive.
Aggregate 2024 will be an exclusively in-person event. With interactive roundtables and forums, our content is optimized for attendees who will be present with us in San Antonio. We plan to record select segments of the conference for later viewing by those who are unable to attend.
